Joel Osteen 22

Let go of your old way of thinking and take hold of the new thing God has for you!

Develop a Vision of Victory
“Behold I am doing a new thing. Can you not perceive it?” Isaiah 43:19

Do you have a vision of victory for your life? Do you perceive victory in your every step? Are you living each day filled with faith and expectancy? Today’s verse doesn’t say that God is going to do a new thing some day - He didn’t say maybe next week, next month, or next year.

God said, “I’m doing something new in your life right now!” Can you not perceive it? God wants to so something new in your life today.

Let go of your old way of thinking and take hold of the new thing God has for you!

God said in Jeremiah 29:11, “My plans for you are good and not evil, to give you a future and a hope.” His plans for you are good, regardless of what has happened in your past.

No matter what, His plans will always be for you good! God can turn your setbacks around. He can take your tragedy and turn it into triumph! Let go of the past, seek God’s plan and develop that vision of victory in your life!

PRAYER FOR TODAY:
Heavenly Father, thank You that Your plans for me today are for good. Thank You for putting that vision of victory in my heart. I ask that You help me put You first in all I do. Father, bless me in a special way so I can be a blessing to others today.

Think the Way God Thinks

Joel Osteen
Begin today to think the way God thinks. The Bible says, “The path of the righteous grows brighter and brighter and brighter.” Think increase... Think big... Think expansive! Start expecting the unexpected and look at life through your eyes of faith.
God leads you through a progressive path, but the ultimate goal is to be on Mount Carmel and to be fruitful.

Wisdom in Building Up

T.D. Jakes
WE can build up ourselves, cultivate a sense of expectancy about the coming of the Lord, have compassion on those who have fallen, and be moved with zeal to make a difference in the lives of those who have spotted their garments.
In the depths of our spirit, we can learn to recognize that voice and distinguish it from all others

My Sheep Listen to My Voice

Chris Tiegreen
Jesus knows how confused we can be. That’s one of the reasons He gave His followers an illustration about shepherds and sheep. Sheep learn to recognize the voice of their shepherd so that when he calls to them.
Clearly, John wanted everyone to know Jesus was not merely a man. Jesus was the eternal, all-powerful God who existed before time, created everything, and gave life.

Jesus Lives and Creates

David R. Veerman
John and his brother James became two of Jesus’ original twelve disciples and, along with Peter, enjoyed a special relationship with Jesus. At times Jesus called just the three of them to see an important event, such as his Transfiguration.
